Battery life varies by model, but most of our electric scooters offer a range between 15 to 40 miles depending on rider weight, terrain, and speed settings.
What is your shipping policy for electric scooters?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500 within the continental US. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 days.
Do the scooters come with a warranty?
Yes, all our electric scooters come with a comprehensive 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and electrical components.
Are these scooters waterproof or water-resistant?
Most of our models have an IP54 water-resistance rating, meaning they can handle light splashes and rain. However, we do not recommend riding through deep puddles or heavy downpours.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused scooters in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for items that have been opened or lightly used.
Is assembly required when my scooter arrives?
Our scooters arrive 95% pre-assembled. You will typically only need to attach the handlebars and tighten a few screws using the included toolkit before your first ride.
